Heystac Recruitment is established to facilitate the recruitment process and clear the clutter between recruitment managers seeking a specific set of skills or expertise, and the endless pool of jobseekers looking to occupy positions at various organizations. The scarcity of jobs, paired with a lack of specialized skills and experience in certain industries, means the recruitment process has become more difficult, tedious and time consuming. Our platform is designed to match candidates with job specifications through psychometric testing, which provides insight into the competency-based strengths and weaknesses of candidates.
Employers who are registered on our system only pay for the candidates they are interested in. The platform gives them direct access to only those candidates who closely fit what the recruiter is looking for; based on level of experience, personality traits, values, qualifications and other skills or characteristics. The recruiter’s activity on the platform follows a process of searching, filtering, identifying and booking. Once the appropriate candidates have been identified, a meeting is booked with them to further establish if a work relationship may be pursued and what the parameters of that arrangement would entail.
